All dogs guaranteed one year against congenital defects.

If your dog, during the first year of age, is found to have a congenital defect, return the dog to the kennel (at buyer's expense) with the registration and a written explanation from a licensed veterinarian, and the dog will be replaced at no charge. Any veterinarian bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer unless prior arrangements and approval for treatment have been made with the breeder.

All dogs bred and sold by Molly's Folly Kennel are accompanied by an accurate and current medical history. All dogs are guaranteed to be sound and in good health at the time of sale.
All puppies whose age at the date of delivery or shipment precludes completion of the scheduled inoculations, it is necessary for the purchaser to complete the scheduled series of inoculations
(shots and wormings) on time, in order to protect the puppy and for this health guarantee to remain valid. As the timetable for these inoculations is completed (about 16 weeks of age) the puppy shall not be exposed to premises known to be or suspected of being contaminated or to  unhealthy animals.

Molly's Folly Kennel requires that the buyer have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of purchase for guarantee to be valid. Routine physical examinations and inoculations shall be scheduled at this time.

Molly's Folly Kennel requires the buyer to place a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to reserve a puppy. The deposit will be refunded only if we cannot fulfill the color/sex of the puppy requested by the buyer. Puppies are chosen according to the order in which reservation deposits are received.
